We would like to strongly recommend the work and quality of A-Pro Renovation. We worked with William Mathis and Johanne Cote on a series of projects in our home. These projects ranged from raising the ceiling above our stairs to creating a laundry space in our basement to regrouting the shower. Additionally, we have also witnessed A-Pro’s work at our previous residence, the Allen Park Condominium in Adam’s Morgan, where A-Pro led a major renovation of the building’s common areas.It was a pleasure to work with William and Johanne and they successfully completed each task in a reasonable amount of time for a good price. We contracted United Seattle to upgrade two botched bathroom remodels. Alex and Rus were excellent communicators, we knew what was happening every step of the way. They had strong follow-through and the quality of their work is fantastic. It's clear they take a integrity in producing a great end result. The only con I will mention was the difficulty we had navigating some unexpected permitting situations and how United Seattle responded to these unforeseen challenges. My wife and I cannot say enough great things about Pete Beavers and his team at Pacific Northwest Carpentry. We wanted to do a minor bathroom remodel, removing the existing tub and installing a walk-in shower. We looked at 3 companies and Pete’s was head and tails above the competition. Pete took the time to really understand what we were looking to accomplish, discussing the pros and cons of various items. The crew was phenomenal across the board. At the end of each day, they would do a total cleanup – to the point you wouldn’t know they were there. Finally, the cost came in exactly at the quoted costs. I first was thinking I only wanted to do a small remodel for my kitchen, as I am a huge cook and I need a lot of space and an island. After working in this building over the past few years, I find the lobby and hallways a refreshing morning glow. Before, the building had a drab look of he 60s but with the upgrade (floors, lights, security desk, paint), this building has come to life in the city! Kudos to the work crew which definitely wasn’t a pain or in the way of consumers and clients to the building and unless you purposely stopped you didn’t even know they were there!

I had issues with mold on a wall under sink and a water pipe had to be replaced. Both required a wall tear down and restoring. And they just nailed it. Not only the parts were replaced , but those walls repainted like a brand new. Looks just perfect. Appreciate their workmanship. Impressively well done.
