JR and his team installed a custom kitchen island and coffee stand/cabinet for me. JR did a great job of helping me to maximize my space (which is smaller than ideal for what I was seeking). He was patient with my lack of knowledge around the work itself and was able to transform my very layman's vision into something real. He and his team were polite, professional, respectful, and incredibly quick to complete the job. Excellent attention to detail, quality, and a genuinely pleasant group to deal with. Only criticism is that project plans - at least in our case - are just boilerplate and don’t really reflect the work or your pending tasks. They essentially act as placeholders for a target date. It didn’t have a negative impact on our project per se, but some may find it less so.
