I hired this company after interviewing two other companies to remodel my kitchen. My husband and I were saving for quite some years to have this project done so we wanted the best contractor that we trusted to do the work. They came in to our home (on time with the appointment) and explained every detail about the job step by step. We really appreciated this and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. John the sales rep was willing to spend as much time needed to answer our questions. We did not get the same sense of patience from other contractors. Preparing to list our 4-Family replica Victorian investment property For Sale, I interviewed 4 highly-rated contractors. I went with Goias Home Improvement for a few reasons. From the moment the company’s owner Gil arrived to review the job with me, I could see I was dealing with someone who pays attention to detail and actually cares to understand his client’s goals. He was obviously knowledgable and made several useful suggestions, all of which took my project budget into consideration. The job entailed several miscellaneous interior and exterior repairs, including replicating some existing ornamental woodwork which his carpenters did an impressive job fabricating onsite prior to installing. His painters did an excellent job on some rather detailed woodwork which required skillful hands. Additionally, there was quite a bit of tile work, which was done meticulously. All in all, Gil and his team did a quality job within the promised time-frame, and he actually did it for a price I considered very reasonable. What else could I say? I highly recommend this company
