Bathroom Remodeling Delavan

Jeff did an amazing job on our remodel. The home had not been updated since 1955 when it was originally built so we needed some MAJOR improvements! Jeff was wonderful to work with – and took all my WANTS and made it HAPPEN. He remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and we can’t be happier! Also – he painted our entire house and windows! We have received so many compliments! If you’re looking for a contractor Jeff is your guy!

We hired GMH construction to remodel our master bathroom. The prior bathroom was very dated and we decided to go more with high-end products and design this time. The project included moving a wall, building heat-radiant marble floor and walls, installing curbless glass shower, floating cabinets, etc. and the end result is fabulous–we love our bathroom! Everything was executed on time and in a very professional manner, all subs were knowledgeable and equally professional. Greg was always available and his suggestions were highly valuable. I contracted Can-Do-Repairs to replace my front porch. Rusty and Tim were easy to work with from planning and scheduling, obtaining a permit, and were flexible with design ideas. Their pricing is extremely fair and the workmanship is top notch. The before and after photos speak for themselves. I hope to work with them again on future projects.

We had our entire basement waterproofed by another company. Can-Do Repairs helped with disassembling cabinets and washer / dryer in our laundry area, moving them in to the middle of the basement to make a clear perimeter for the waterproofing company to break up the floor at the base of the walls for replacing the interior drainage system. Once the waterproofing was complete Can-Do Repairs returned to hang and finish drywall on one wall in the finished area of the basement that had been removed due to water leakage. They also patched the other walls where damage occurred during the waterproofing work. Ceramic floor tiles that were chipped and broken in the waterproofing process were removed and replaced by Can-Do Repairs with matching tiles, which were grouted and then sealed. Rusty & Tim primed and painted the entire finished half of our basement, reinstalled the washer / dryer, sink and laundry area cabinets, and reassembled custom built-in cabinets along the wall in the finished area where the water leak originated. All work done by Can-Do Repairs in conjunction with the waterproofing work done by the other company. They timed the needed deconstruction for the week prior to the waterproofing job, and waited the prescribed number of weeks for the drainage system’s concrete to cure before returning to complete the work.
