We all know that home renovation is a process and requires patience, attention, communication, and understanding. Brad Taylor (the General Contractor) with Prestige did a good job of letting us know the plan and progress along the way. Pricing and step-by-step plans were communicated up front. Their workers were respectful and hard working. Joe (one of their contractors) was superb! He was clean, quiet, and showed up when he said he would. His work was always above and beyond what we expected! The painters were efficient and thorough. Although we had a major issue with the electrician, Brad made it right and made sure everything was to codes and cleaned up. The quality of the cabinets is good.

They removed the old Jacuzzi tub, moved the toilet, moved the linen closet, built a huge new double shower, and replaced the floor with new ceramic tile. I had an overall positive experience with Reeds. I hired them in response to some water damage I had at my house. They handled all of the litigation with my insurance company along with the repairs. I had them tile my entire kitchen floor instead of reinstalling laminate floors. The tile looks great and my kitchen looks better than ever. Last year we had a 200 year old oak tree fall on our house. We called Justin at Reed’s Remodeling. Within 24 hours, Justin had a crew there to remove the tree and its debris. Then they began to rebuild our front porch and the exterior wall which a huge tree branch crashed through it. Work was done on the exterior and interior of the house. For three months, Justin and his crew worked to get our home back to normal. Justin and his crew were very professional while also being very time sensitive to our needs. Their work ethic is outstanding.
