My wife and I recently purchased a property that needed a lot of high quality work done in a short amount of time. We also had a limited budget and not much time to oversee the project. After explaining what we wanted to accomplish and the budget we had, Mark from Renew Remodel worked with us to develop a game plan. The one big thing for us was the timeline because I was expecting our first child. It was really important to us to have a working kitchen when our baby came and we also had a pretty tight budget. When I think about hiring Elliot, the main thing I notice is his communication skills and the quality of his work. He's very good at communicating what needs to be done, what's entailed, if there's another way of way of doing it that might be less expensive and still gives me the quality I want.
