RWK Construction really exceeded our expectations. We wanted to finish our basement, but we weren’t ready to do the project ourselves. We received multiple bids and after meeting with all the companies and receiving quotes, the choice was an easy one. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but we could tell from the beginning they were the clear choice. Ryan seemed honest and easy to work with. After speaking to Ryan, Taylor was assigned to be our project manager. He was fantastic and we had daily communication through text and calls with him about the plans for the day and week. There is also a calendar in their app that lists when subs are coming. They worked well with the subs and they all came when expected. If we ever had a problem, Taylor would address it immediately and provide us with an answer. Ryan was also available to us through the project if needed, but we rarely spoke with him because Taylor was so attentive. If we found any issues (big or very tiny) Taylor took them seriously and made sure we were 100% happy. One of our favorite things about the process is the subs enter into basement through a window (framers, dry wall, all of it!). It was nice to not have to worry when to be home and have others coming in an out. There were many days we had no idea they were there. The subs we did meet were respectful and we could tell they value their relationship with RWK. We have been so pleased have referred others to use them as well. Our basement is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. We felt like Ryan and Taylor really valued our wants and opinions and did everything in their power to make us happy. We had heard stories of contractors being difficult, but we truly experienced the opposite. We would use them again without any thought!

Working with RWK construction was a delight. Since basements aren’t typically finished for you in Utah, my husband and I searched for a construction company that would do the work for us. We got our quote and mock up of the basement in a very timely manner. We were told the project would take 3 months to complete. From there, we put down the initial deposit and were introduced to our project manager Jeff Rogers. To say that Jeff was the best part of our experience would be an understatement! He was very communicative, helpful and nice. He is truly wonderful at his job. Each morning we got a text update from him with what to expect for that day and the timing. We were always in the loop with the progress the whole time. Jeff covered every question and thought of everything. What sort of lights we wanted, what tile, even down the the grout color. We never had to stress or worry about what was being done or who was doing what. Jeff scheduled professional contractors who did a fantastic job at being respectful of our house while getting their work done efficiently. He also handled all the permits with the city. Overall, this was the best experience we have ever had working with a construction company. Our basement finished a month ahead of schedule. It’s exactly what we wanted and then some. I keep walking down there and admiring the outstanding work. :) My husband and I highly recommend RWK construction for any project you need! If you get to pick your project manager, ask for Jeff Rogers.
