JD Remodeling did an excellent job for a reasonable price. We needed to have a finished basement updated to make a studio apartment with a kitchenette and laundry area. They carefully cleaned up and painted the drywall, installed vinyl plank flooring, moved the laundry area, and installed a kitchen counter with a sink. The owner, Duvis, was really helpful in staying in touch with us, so we knew about his team’s progress and about the logistics of acquiring materials. In fact, his friendliness and open communication, in addition to his attention to detail, is why we will hire them for future projects.

We had some cedar siding repairs done and the whole exterior of the house stained. Alex kept very good communication through the project and he and his crew were very professional. The siding installation was done very well and they addressed other minor repairs as needed. They finished the project very quickly. Also, we added staining an interior sunroom to match mid-project and the change was priced very fairly. Excellent experience overall. We would not hesitate to call Alex again for future projects.

Alex and his team did a really great job at repairing holes in our dining room and kitchen ceilings – the aftermath of a water leak. There’s no trace of the damage. The repair was also quick – less than a day to patch and paint – and very reasonably priced (about 1/3 the price quoted to us by the water damage mitigation service). Lastly, Alex and his team were very conscientious: they draped everything in plastic, minimized the mess, and by the time they left there was only a little dust left over. This was the best home contracting experience I’ve had in 20 years!

We hired AmeriPro to renovate our bathroom. The owner Aleks helped us with design Ideas. Company helped us pick out tub, fixtures and tile.
