This company is the best I've ever dealt with. I have lived in 3 different homes in FL, used a lot of different contractors and Garcia and Sons were the most professional I've ever hired. Miguel came to go over the project with us in detail and give an estimate on price and time. His crew arrived when he said they would..and finished on time. They took off a popcorn ceiling, skim coated and made a flat surface, repaired drywall, took down 9 ft floor to ceiling mirrors, added new baseboards, painted all walls and trim, even louvered closet doors, added new drawer pulls to an already renovated kitchen and now his cleaning crew is doing a deep clean and I couldn't be happier. These guys worked hard every day they were here and got it done! I will definitely be using them on a few projects in the future and I highly recommend them for your home renovation needs.

The goal of the remodel was to increase storage, update the look and make the room more user-friendly and functional for our active family of four. We got 3 different quotes for our kitchen remodel and after meeting with Vinnie Elm with Real Remodeling, we decided to go with their company. So I wanted to remodel my kitchen and needed to get some quotes for the project to see how much it was going to cost us. We had a set budget in mind and also picked out some of the colors and materials we wanted to use but still wanted someone with experience to give us some suggestions on our designs and layouts. we wanted to remove a wall to open the kitchen more. My wife and I drew up some plans of the layout we wanted but since we didnt know whether or not it was a supporting wall, we needed help! Of course we asked friends if they knew of anyone but a few had no suggestions and some have had some bad experiences with some Contracting companies in the past. So we went online and did a search in google for contractors for Kitchen Remodeling in our area. We wanted someone local to do the project for us. We also didnt want to have to hire individual sub-contrctors. We only wanted to deal with one person for the whole job. ALOT of contractors came up, some with reviews and some with only a couple. We checked out not only the reviews but the websites as well. We found a few companies to call and set appointments with, to be honest my wife liked Real Remodeling's website but they didnt have a lot of reviews so I was a little reluctant to call them. After calling the list of companies we were interested in and weeding out the ones we felt just weren't a good match for us, whether it was a lack of customer service, limited availability or what have you, My wife called Real Remodeling. I am so happy that we got a chance to meet with Vinnie, who is the owner of their "Family owned" business. The knowledge and insight of the project was spectacular! You can tell that he has experience and gave lots of suggestions and showed us more sample and pictures of jobs than all the other contactors we met with combined. I would recommend them for all the other projects we want done in the future. The crews are polite and were always ontime to finish our project before schedule. I will allow them to use me as a reference for other customers who are considering them for their remodeling needs! Thanks again for everything!
