As a normal practice I do not give a written opinion regarding the work a company completed on my house. I have certain defined expectations as to the skill level and quality of work to be completed by the company I employ. Leslie and her crew from Modern Design and Remodeling exceeded our expectations. I know it’s not easy to remodel an existing 30 year old bathroom shower and make it look remarkable again, but that is exactly what they did and they did a great job. From the initial meeting to select the tile and materials, the demolition and the rebuild it was obvious they have the expertise to do the job and they take pride in their workmanship and strive to meet and or exceed their customers’ expectations. I hired Emmon's Electric to remove four old ceiling lights and replace with new ones. I also required three outdoor lights replaced with new motion lights. Geoff, arrived at my house on time with a friendly demeanor. Geoff installed all lights quickly and efficiently. The cost of the electrical service was reasonable. I was very impressed with this young man's work.
