If you’re like me, you’ve heard countless stories of contractors in and around the city disappearing on jobs, ghosting clients, leaving a mess that another contractor doesn’t want to clean up. Romero Remodeling works from 8am-7pm, 6 days a week, until the project is done, and Octavio answers every text or call, usually within 15 minutes. This alone is worth 5 stars. In addition, the work is high quality and Octavio and his guys are super nice and respectful of their clients and their clients’ property.

We appreciated the daily emails, updating us as to what was done that day and what to expect for the next day. Remodeling can be overwhelming with the amount of choices to make, but Sherry has a great eye for design and was very helpful with narrowing down choices along the way. Rob and his team were very respectful in our home, leaving the job site clean at the end of every day. The entire project was done with great attention to detail. We just had Edward Construction do a complete remodel all the way down to the studs on an old house in the South Side. The work was completed on time and looks great! We used Edward twice in 2012. Once to convert an old kitchen into a laundry room/mud room & bathroom. And another time to finish off part of our basement.
