Dealt with Luis Garcia the owner, he was very knowledgeable about the product and the correct installation requirements. He did it right the first time (originally the other Company skipped nailing down each piece) the price was excellent. In fact I called them back for some exterior painting next week. I m sure you won t have any issues with this company.

This could not have been an easy job for them. Luis and his crew were hit with three heavy snowstorms throughout the duration of this project. Project was around 60 squares of asphalt shingles on two separate buildings, TPO roofing with termination bars, and gutters – so it wasn t easy. They knocked it out. Luis was always upfront and did everything he said he was going to do. This is the second job I have had him do and I would recommend him to anyone. Luis was constantly at our job working or directing. Roofing inspector was just here and passed both roofs. His only comment was Nice Work! Very satisfied.

Tony was recommended to me by Scott from rugged roof! His crew came in did a great job and I felt really comfortable leaving these guys in my home while at work! The work was quick and neat! We already had big rain and there was no water! They even put in extra sump pump no charge because my old one was to tall! Call them if you want great experience in construction!

I had glass block windows installed in my home by Gem City Home Improvement but I continued to experience water seepage. Tony responded promptly and personally to all reports of water seepage and continued to try to resolve the issue even doing work that was not previously negotiated. After the third attempt he was able to resolve my issue and to this day my basement is completely dry. Tony is down to earth and easy to talk to.
