We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. We are very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service. Walls, bathroom, floors and stairs look beautiful. There were no delays. The crew always showed up on time. I highly recommend Realty Improvement. Josef and Jose have recently finished a major renovation of my 2400 sf apartment. This included demolition, new kitchen, master bathroom, lighting, new floor tiles throughout the apartment, installation of a barn door, and other high end material touches and finishes. I hired this company after interviewing two other companies to remodel my kitchen. My husband and I were saving for quite some years to have this project done so we wanted the best contractor that we trusted to do the work. They came in to our home (on time with the appointment) and explained every detail about the job step by step. We really appreciated this and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. John the sales rep was willing to spend as much time needed to answer our questions. We did not get the same sense of patience from other contractors. Mimar Construction has an amazing team of contractors that offer great quality of work and professionalism from the first day you hire them. I was referred to them by a friend who had a great experience with them. I needed my roof and chimney redone because they were old. I spoke with Ryan and he was very helpful! They will walk you through the design process and if you come across any questions or concerns, they're always ready to answer and resolve them in a timely manner. Their prices are great and if you're looking to remodel anything in your house, this construction company has you covered. 5 stars from me! I totally recommend!
