All Phase Remodeling, Inc. (APR), has been intimately involved in updating my home (built in 1959) for a number of years. Significant projects include enclosing the screened-in porch; gutting and renovating the kitchen and main bathroom; building a new deck; and installing quartz countertops, tile back splashes, stone sinks, and new faucets in the kitchen. APR identifies all of the components of a project and prepares a proposal based on those components, so there are no “surprises” as the project progresses. APR schedules its employees and subcontractors with the goal of completing a project on time. I have always been very comfortable having APR’s employees and subcontractors in my home, whether or not I am there with them. I recommend APR without reservation.

Our experience with MainStreet has been great! The project manager quickly and efficiently minimized surprises throughout the project and also worked expeditiously to resolve any concerns.

Our experience was very positive, we found MainStreet to be very professional, and considerate of our ideas.  The job finished very close to the time estimated, which can be rare in that business.  There was always a contact when we needed something, and they were very responsive to questions and concerns.  We know other people who used other companies for similar jobs, and they were often dissatisfied with timing and responsiveness, and we had none of those concerns.  Most importantly, the quality of the work was very high.  We would recommend MainStreet to anyone.

The AllPoint sales person who gave the free estimate was a breath of fresh air after speaking with several such people! Our new roof was installed super fast and site cleanup was amazing. They tarped and covered all windows, doors and shrubs! Yes, the noise is headache-inducing and perhaps terrifying to your pet, but the speed is so well worth it! Window install was so precise with multiple measurements and slight adjustments to create a perfect level finish. Once again, the AllPoint crew were more than competent, and their cleanup was so good, I wish I could hire them for annual cleaning! Kudos to Steve, Frank and their crews!
