We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. We are very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service. Walls, bathroom, floors and stairs look beautiful. There were no delays. The crew always showed up on time. This included demolition, new kitchen, master bathroom, lighting, new floor tiles throughout the apartment, installation of a barn door, and other high end material touches and finishes. All County first did a waterproofing job on our basement, then two years later we hired them again to finish the space. The handled adding a bathroom, heat/ac as well as all the drywall and finishing. We were happy with the work and the team on site was friendly, helpful and generally pleasant to have around for several months. Like all home improvements it took longer than planned, but we are happy with the results.

Ivan installed curtain rods at a very reasonable price. What started as an easy job, became much more challenging do the concrete walls. Ivan figured it out, worked diligently and it came out beautiful. He arrived on time, was very respectful and cleaned up well. Great work ethic and attitude.
