We had a great experience working with Jeff. He remodeled half of our garage into an office and workout area. He also did several miscellaneous projects including the coordination and installation of a generator, new lighting, mirrors, built a trash enclosure, etc. We really appreciated your professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. The vaulted ceiling in our living room is beautiful, but without a/c, it got unbearably hot during heat waves. After speaking with a few contractors, we decided to hire Juncker Restoration because Jeff was the only one who said he could use spray insulation which would maintain the vaulted ceiling. He also added four lights in the fan. It's unbelievable the change now! Before we’d avoid the room during the summer, and now with the new insulated ceiling, it is the coolest room in the house. He was professional throughout the process: he was always on time, put up plastic sheeting, advice on ceiling fans, and left the room spotless. We highly recommend Juncker Restoration and Remodel.

We just completed a remodeling project coordinated by Jeff. Our house was originally built in the 1970’s and we needed to update the kitchen and use the space to better suit living today. Jeff worked with subcontractors to expand the existing electrical, plumbing, audio-visual, and security systems to the new project. Where an upgrade was warranted for the cooling/heating system, he provided good guidance. Throughout the project he worked with our designer to carry out the plan we had envisioned. Jeff did well at coordinating different subcontractors and communicating with us and the designer. Jeff is a hands-on contractor he has done the work before, so he is well-prepared to lead. He was involved in every part of the project, leaving work to the expert subcontractors but at the same time knowing what needed to be done. He brought out his saws to do some framing and finish work, paying attention to the details and asking us for input. If we have another building project, we will work with Jeff again. He brought our dream kitchen to reality, and we are delighted.

We had a dilapidated worn 540sqft guest room that we wanted converted in to 740sqft modern attractive and accessible master bedroom and bath. It involved adding new construction and raisin the current floor 3 “. We interviewed general contractors. Jeff Juncker caught my attention and impressed me because of his thorough manner, excellent questions and answers, detailed inspection of the existing construction premises, bringing subcontractors aboard to participate in a thorough and accurate estimate of the project and basically Jeff’s overall approach to the process. We were presented with a detailed and thorough spreadsheet estimate of the project from start to finish. The project took place from Aug. 2020-April 2021, during Covid, thus all participants worked with proper facial protection and spacing. Jeff’s subcontractors are very professional, knowledgeable and cautious. Jeff was always available to lend his experience and offer his advice when we faced decisions along the way. Jeff’s organizational skills drove the process. Quality of work and finished product was a A+ throughout. Juncker Restoration and Remodel was a perfect choice for us. I give the highest recommendation for anyone considering construction and/or remodeling projects.

We worked with Jeff Juncker and his team for a house remodel. They are a great group of men and women to work with. They are very professional and on time. Jeff talked us through everything beforehand and told us ahead of time what was going to happen. He arrived early before his staff did to set up and when they arrived, he told them what needed to get done. He would often come by and check things out to make sure everything is getting done properly and everyone is on task. At the end of the day, he would call us and give us a review of how things went and if there were any issues, and what the next day was going to look like. If there was anything that wasn't included in our contract, he would always discuss things with us before doing it. He would make sure we were always on the same page. Statements were emailed monthly and he is there to discuss things with you. Jeff is very understandable when working. My husband works nights and sleeps during the day, and my boys are distance-learning, so Jeff did his best to get all the noise out of the way. When COVID hit, things did come to a halt, but Jeff reassured us that they would do their best to catch up. All in all, we are very pleased with the work that Juncker Restoration and Remodel did for us and I would refer them to anyone else that is looking for a contractor. Jeff and his staff are very friendly, kind, funny, and warm-hearted.
