These guys are AWESOME!! They had entire stucco wall repaired & refinished, fixed it beautifully. Also they re-did our pool coping that previous contractor failed - it came out perfect! Very highly recommend Mr. Lee as my new perfect contractor.

Lee was wonderful and easy to work with. I needed brick work done on my mom’s house after we had water come in after the last hurricane. He identified 2 bricks that needed to be replaced. He did pointing and sealing. He was great at explaining what needed to get done and a timeline of when he could get to our job.

I have certain defined expectations as to the skill level and quality of work to be completed by the company I employ. Leslie and her crew from Modern Design and Remodeling exceeded our expectations. I know it’s not easy to remodel an existing 30 year old bathroom shower and make it look remarkable again, but that is exactly what they did and they did a great job. From the initial meeting to select the tile and materials, the demolition and the rebuild it was obvious they have the expertise to do the job and they take pride in their workmanship and strive to meet and or exceed their customers’ expectations.
