We hired HH to completely replace both bathrooms and kitchen, relocate our laundry room from the ground floor to the basement, build a front entrance portico, replace the roof / gutters / siding, replace the central AC, replace / upgrade the electrical panel, replace the garage door / garage door opener, and repaint most of the house. Our experience with Norm and Don was fantastic. As the Construction Manager, Don always kept us up to date on progress and when to expect work to be performed. They always showed up when promised and the finished products exceeded our expectations. Norm, Don and their crew are very professional and are a pleasure to work with. This is the first time that I'd hired a contractor since our house was built about 22 years ago. Given that experience, and others people's experiences that have been passed on to me, I was not looking forward to this. I even put it off for quite some time. I first contacted another contractor, who rescheduled 3 times before I was fed up and contacted Nau. Nau was responsive and made this easy. When the crew was going to be delayed on start time, Pete let us know. The crew was good about consulting with us so we got what we wanted, or if we needed to make adjustments in our expectations because we have an old house. We appreciated how everyone worked with us. Pete also helped us with a light switch which was a savings for us over having an electrician come. The crew was also thoughtful about our house — about being careful not to track in snow or asking about taking their shoes off. We have and will continue to recommend your company. David's Remodeling has been working on projects, large and small, for me for many years. They recently did an extensive re-do of my kitchen, taking the walls down to the studs, raising the ceiling and moving beams. There were many challenges in my 100 yr. old house which David met intelligently and handled wonderfully. The outcome is fantastic! Prior to the kitchen, they did a large bathroom remodel for me - taking an existing bathroom, bedroom and hallway space, reconfiguring it into a large master bath and closet. Once again, the job was done to perfection.
