We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. All County first did a waterproofing job on our basement, then two years later we hired them again to finish the space. The handled adding a bathroom, heat/ac as well as all the drywall and finishing. We were happy with the work and the team on site was friendly, helpful and generally pleasant to have around for several months. Like all home improvements it took longer than planned, but we are happy with the results.

The quote came out in budget so his team was out the next week knocking down a wall I had between my kitchen and living room then putting down new flooring throughout my first floor. I got an estimate from this company to re wire an old house and add insulation and a hvac system the price was good for the amount of work it needed. They also added some lights and ceiling fans and ended up replacing the plaster ceiling in one of the rooms with drywall. All the work they did turned out great and definitely will use them for future projects. They answered any questions I had along the way and were very easy to work with when we wanted to make some changes in the original plans we had made I would recommend them to anyone.

Ivan installed curtain rods at a very reasonable price. What started as an easy job, became much more challenging do the concrete walls. Ivan figured it out, worked diligently and it came out beautiful. He arrived on time, was very respectful and cleaned up well. Great work ethic and attitude.
