Cheney Brothers Construction is a specialty contractor that provides the best project integration and installation services available. Founded in 1976 by four Cheney brothers, CBC entered the construction industry building custom and spec homes. The craft skills gained during the early years transferred in the next decade to focus on commercial work during the spike in residential mortgage rates. As projects as well as clientele have gotten larger and more sophisticated, we have grown alongside them, moving out of the garage, but not away from our foundational values of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
CBC often acts as a GC for many of their client’s projects, especially after long-term relationships have been established as part of previous installation scopes.
In keeping with our brand, a large portion of our contracted scope is specialty services related to tenant improvements and FF&E in both commercial remodel and new construction, specifically various installation.
