GLS Remodeling, LLC is a fully Licensed and Insured Florida Residential Contractor. At the age of 18, our owner, Gil Oelschlager, built his first house, subbing out only the foundation and roof. After several years of remodeling houses in any condition, he realized that he loved taking something broken or needing work and making it better than it was new. He then began the company, utilizing his skill and experience to help others realize their desires for their homes. Owners Gil and Liz Oelschlager were raised in Martin County Florida, graduating from Martin County and John Carroll High Schools [respectively], with family roots here going back to 1955! After commencing GLS Home & Commercial Services, LLC here in 2005, they relocated their family to Tennessee in February 2007 and established GLS Remodeling, LLC. For 14 years their team diligently served thousands of satisfied customers earning a top reputation for strong integrity, superior workmanship and job performance, and caring customer service. Desiring to be back in Florida with extended family, they relocated back to the Martin/St. Lucie County area in September 2021, fully re-establishing their business here.
