Kitchen & Bath Design Center is a family-owned business. Rich Norman started in the industry manufacturing cabinets, owning a local custom shop for 16 years. He sold his business and later returned to the industry, buying Kitchen & Bath Design Center, which has been in Fort Collins since 1989. Currently Rich measures jobs and reviews designs. The bulk of his time is spent detailing cabinet orders. Cathy Norman is often the first contact for clients. She answers phones, explains procedures, presents product options in appointments, and maintains client records. Along with the designers, she offers product options, orders materials, and makes sure accounting is handled. Scott Norman designs kitchens and baths, producing detailed drawings and computer renderings. He meets with clients to discuss layouts, explain options, and make sure that good function is achieved. Through this collaborative process he helps clients envision and achieve beautiful rooms that meet their needs. Marissa, a talented designer, works with the Normans. In addition to designing, she pulls together viable product options, provides product knowledge, requests samples for appointments and orders products.
