We completely renovated the main bath and a hall bath. Jack showed up with 2 of his team for our first appointment for an estimate. They were thorough and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted to do. We received a detailed estimate with place holders for things we needed to decide on like; fixtures, final tub choice, hardware. Over the next couple of weeks we had a couple of design meetings and it was all worth it! Everyone on the staff was helpful and verified along the way if we were satisfied. Of course there were a couple of minor issues but the team immediately reacted and kept the project moving along. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough kind words about the entire team. From design through completion, the work performed was exceptional. They worked very closely with us to make sure they understood our vision for the project but also were very sensitive to our budget. In fact, there were several times that I was thinking of changing my design resulting in higher costs and Jack, the owner, was willing to advise me that the extra cost would not benefit the overall look. The entire project was completed on time as promised. The professionalism, workmanship and respect for our home was unmatched.
