Restoration St. Louis is a company dedicated to strengthening and enhancing communities by redeveloping neglected neighborhoods and making them great places to live, work, and play. Their mission is to revitalize neighborhoods through a process they term 'urban husbandry', which involves creating a shared vision and mission of nurturing and caring for neighborhoods from their rebirth to sustainability. This requires community support, engagement, vigilance, funding, and a buy-in from those who reside there. Their projects are more than just a collection of rehabbed buildings, but rather the shaping of a neighborhood, block by block, and creating the foundation upon which great cities thrive.
Restoration St. Louis renovates numerous St. Louis buildings that were originally constructed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. One prime example of redevelopment is the current Theresa Park Lofts which was built in 1902 and once home to the Harris Teacher’s College. This building has been thoughtfully restored and converted into thirty-five breathtaking loft apartments with magnificent views of downtown St. Louis skyline making for an exceptional living experience.
Restoration St. Louis provides a growing community through the renovations and restoration of historical buildings, creating new and unique housing options along with new job through their commercial properties.
This is about building a neighborhood block by block; these 'building blocks' are the foundation upon which great cities thrive.
Part of making a community thrive and grow is through sustainability and ensuring we make the community better through green initiatives.
