I checked with a few companies and after reviewing all the bids, I found that DFS In-Home Services not only gave me a good price, but provided the most professional contract that I felt protected me well as a business owner. The work was completed on time, the price did not change, all the work was done professionally, best materials, no issues with any part of the roof and they left the property very clean as what they promised. There was an issue with a window that was damaged during the roof installation, but DFS In-Home Services took care of it immediately and without any hassle.

New England Artisans just finished a big job for me. They did whole house window and door replacement, custom fencing, along with a long list of other things. I couldn't be happier. The process was smooth with excellent communication and craftsmanship throughout. Eddie was always available and reachable (he actually answers the phone!) and handled every little bump with an ease and professionalism that allowed me to not stress at all! The guys were professional, curteous, clean, and as unobtrusive as can be when you have people working in your house all day . The work was impeccable, and I'm a tough judge. I don't normally write reviews, but these guys were so fantastic I went on every review site to assure others that they'll be in great hands! Can't recommend them highly enough! New England Artisans designed and built my new custom master bath. It is now my favorite room in the house. Their attention to detail and customer service is fantastic and far superior to any contractor I have ever previously retained. Although many contractors can start out strong, they often trail off. That was not the case at all with this project. Jay and Eddie are not only wonderful craftsman, but also have a great sense of style. I would highly recommend them for any renovation project.
