JD Remodeling did an excellent job for a reasonable price. We needed to have a finished basement updated to make a studio apartment with a kitchenette and laundry area. They carefully cleaned up and painted the drywall, installed vinyl plank flooring, moved the laundry area, and installed a kitchen counter with a sink. The owner, Duvis, was really helpful in staying in touch with us, so we knew about his team’s progress and about the logistics of acquiring materials. In fact, his friendliness and open communication, in addition to his attention to detail, is why we will hire them for future projects.

So I first got in contact with Rolando when my water heater leaked and did some damage to my house. This was my project that I personally worked on for the last several years. And I finally decided just to get it done.
