My husband and I highly recommend Charleston Premier Workz. You all did an outstanding job on our home. We felt like one of those couples on a HGTV remodeling show. We are over the top happy with the final results. We had most of our downstairs renovated: upgraded fireplace, hardwood floors, a complete kitchen makeover with all new appliances, cabinets and granite, a wall removal for an open concept, French patio doors, a new ceiling fan, installation of a big screen television and painting. JR came out within days of me calling for an estimate. Project was a 1,400 sf commercial unit within a strip center. His wife helped me with the layout and drew a rendering of what I was looking for with the renovation. They were able to start work immediately after we agreed upon the work and the price. They put in a new ceiling, two additional offices, removed doorways and added new ones, added all new drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, small kitchen - complete gut and remodel. The tenant was very pleased with the results. JR was always very prompt at responding to my calls and requests. His workers were polite and kept the job site pretty clean. While they were working on this job I had several small jobs come up that they took care of immediately for me. I was happy with the price, attention given to the job and the work. I plan on using them again for other jobs.

Pressed for time, JR and his team really helped me out. I bought a house that needs lots of repairs and updates, with only a couple weeks to move in, the floors were rough and needed attention first. They sanded and polyurethaned the floors in a few days. JR told me about all the different polys and stains and made me confident that i went with the right guys. I love my floors.

Jay R and the Charleston Premier Workz crew recently did some work on our front porch. Reconstructed the threshold to stop a leak, repaired the flooring on the inside damaged from the leak and replaced the porch ceiling. The repainted everything to match the original colors. The work was top notch, high quality materials and worksmanship. What a great job, the front porch looks like new! I use Jay R and CPW exclusively! I am remodeling and needed a general contractor to build a wall to turn an open space into an additional bedroom. A relative recommended Kustum Kunstrukshun from their recent bathroom remodel. Josh and his team did an amazing job!! The work is gorgeous and seamless! He put in French doors, worked the wall with the new flooring, and even patched some holes throughout the house with drywall. The time came to replace the old-fashioned tub with a walk-in shower for safety purposes. Josh and his crew and subs did an excellent job from ripping everything down to the studs to waterproofing , meticulously setting tile, plumbing the new shower head, regulator and installing the sliding glass doors. The Finishing Touch came out to help our rescue put together facilities to house stray and feral cats while they recover from their spay/neuter surgeries. Hardwood Flooring for Shannon Stulgin Hardwood Flooring Apr 15, 2024 We had the BEST experience with Jack, Jackie, Gina and the whole team at KBB. We redid our kitchen and master bathroom and they finished everything ON TIME and it looks beautiful! I was very impressed with how organized the whole process was and everything stayed right on track. I changed my mind on backsplash a few times before we started and Jackie was so patient and helpful with helping me decide on all the details. It’s obvious how experienced they are and Jack continued to check in personally on the projects on a regular basis. He always made sure everything looked perfect and would ask if I had any questions along the way. His team of professionals were all a pleasure to have in our home and excellent at their craft. Vinyl Flooring for David Spedden Vinyl Flooring Feb 7, 2024 What an amazing professional staff. We sought a few estimates before deciding what contractor to go with. We completely renovated the main bath and a hall bath. Jack showed up with 2 of his team for our first appointment for an estimate. They were thorough and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted to do. We received a detailed estimate with place holders for things we needed to decide on like; fixtures, final tub choice, hardware. Over the next couple of weeks we had a couple of design meetings and it was all worth it! Everyone on the staff was helpful and verified along the way if we were satisfied. Of course there were a couple of minor issues but the team immediately reacted and kept the project moving along. Kitchen Renovation for Renee Cip Kitchen Renovation Aug 23, 2023 After receiving recommendations from friends, we recently contracted with Kitchens, Baths and Beyond for several full remodeling projects including 3 bathrooms and our kitchen. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough kind words about the entire team. From design through completion, the work performed was exceptional. They worked very closely with us to make sure they understood our vision for the project but also were very sensitive to our budget. In fact, there were several times that I was thinking of changing my design resulting in higher costs and Jack, the owner, was willing to advise me that the extra cost would not benefit the overall look. The entire project was completed on time as promised. The professionalism, workmanship and respect for our home was unmatched. And they are all so wonderful I actually feel like these guys are now part of my family. We will definitely use them again.
