We recently had a very positive experience working with Madison Property Restoration (MPR). A room in our finished basement encountered water damage in September 2022. I contacted MPR and within several hours Christian Arhangelos (Field Operations Manager) arrived on site and delivered the equipment necessary to perform water mitigation.

This equipment was left onsite until the moisture levels returned to an acceptable level. We also contracted with MPR to perform the rebuild of the room damaged by water. The rebuild consisted of replacing drywall, painting and flooring.
