I had several quotes before hiring Five Borough Remodeling and I did my homework. Paul and Jonathan were very professional. They explained that what I needed was a full tear off down to the plywood. They discovered that a sister beam has to be installed and plywood replaced after the tear off. This was the best quote I got by far for a full year off and they did it all in one day and took all the garage with them.

They were very professional Paul explained and showed me pictures of my roof. They discovered that the problem of my leak was due to the work I had done 5 years prior was incomplete left nails sticking out etc. Work was done quickly.

DJ's is a top notch outfit. They make you feel like you're on HGTV from beginning to end. The process is fairly lengthy, but that's to be expected when you're dealing with someone who is in demand and wants to give you the time and attention your project deserves. From first contact to completion was around 9 months. Of which the first 2 months was waiting for the first available appointment, the last 6 weeks for the renovation, and . . .
