We recently had our primary bathroom remodeled by Mark and his team, and we could not be happier. Mark worked with us on tile and counter products, and did an amazing job of detail work on the plans that we had drafted. My wife and I recently purchased a property that needed a lot of high quality work done in a short amount of time. We also had a limited budget and not much time to oversee the project. After explaining what we wanted to accomplish and the budget we had, Mark from Renew Remodel worked with us to develop a game plan. I soon discovered that Mark's background makes him uniquely qualified and extremely knowledgable in many areas involving home projects, products and renovations. He was clear and upfront about the costs for each project and he was honest about what we could do to make it all work within our budget and timeframe. He was also very patient and gave a ton of great advice and input to help us develop the overall design concept. Once the work started several unexpected challenges arose due to work done by prior contractors but Renew Remodel was able to overcome each issue and still managed to stay on time and on budget. I can tell a lot of extra time and effort was put in, and to say they went above and beyond is an understatement. The end result was stunning and something we will be happy with for years to come. We can't wait to hire Renew Remodel again for future projects! Very highly recommended.

I just had a large remodel done and I am very pleased with the work! Unlike other contractors I have worked with where they sub things out and disappear for weeks--Mark and his team were here every day working hard and getting things done. I cannot believe Yelp didn’t have these guys and so I added them. Well, everything I want to say will sound like gushing, over-the-top praise, so I’m going to try to keep it direct and to the point.  I am so over-the-moon on the job they did, I cannot praise them high enough.  I was so despondent over my bathroom and it was quite an odyssey trying to find a contractor that wouldn’t flake on me.  UGH!  It was a nightmare.  If I can add pics on this review, I will.  These guys came in and got it done in a week.  The price was more than fair and they even fixed problems that I knew I had but was afraid of what it would cost to fix. I’m so in love with my new bathroom, I could cry, seriously.  It’s so beautiful!!!  I have such a tiny house and the bathroom was such a nightmare but now it’s my favorite room in the house. Then guess what happened?  One morning I go into my bathroom to take a shower and the tub is full of yucky water.  Whaaaaa?  So I call GTL and I sent them a pic of it. They came out right away and found it was a clog but where?  They got to work trying find the clog and finally we had to take out the cabinets in the kitchen to get to the pipe with the clog.  Once they pulled out the cabinets, the cabinets collapsed. Full of mold.  So was the back wall.  Well of course I had a mild heart attack.  They found the clog, replaced the wall and we got new cabinets.  They fixed the bad plumbing job that had caused the disaster.  All for less than $600. Part of me doesn’t want to tell anyone about them because I’m trying to save up money so I can hire them for the next project, my horrible bedroom, but that’s not right.  Remembering all I went through for a proper contractor, the least I could do is share my good fortune in finding GTL.  So grab them if you can.  But I call dibs.

The fan in my bathroom was broken and needed be replaced. I guess the contractor who installed the fan didn’t do a great job so it seemed to be not easy to replace the fan. But Ali from Mr. Build was a reliable professional worker. He did a great job and I really appreciate it.
