We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. We are very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service. Walls, bathroom, floors and stairs look beautiful. There were no delays. The crew always showed up on time. We hired HH to completely replace both bathrooms and kitchen, relocate our laundry room from the ground floor to the basement, build a front entrance portico, replace the roof / gutters / siding, replace the central AC, replace / upgrade the electrical panel, replace the garage door / garage door opener, and repaint most of the house. I hired this company after interviewing two other companies to remodel my kitchen. My husband and I were saving for quite some years to have this project done so we wanted the best contractor that we trusted to do the work. They came in to our home (on time with the appointment) and explained every detail about the job step by step. We really appreciated this and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. John the sales rep was willing to spend as much time needed to answer our questions. We did not get the same sense of patience from other contractors.
