In June 2004 we bought an old Cape Cod in Syosset. The location was excellent but the house was small, and it required reworks in the first floor plus considerable extension in the second floor in order to accommodate us and our three children. We were also under time constraints since we had to leave our old house in Nesconset no later than March 2005. When we contacted AALL Season Remodeling in April 2004 we were already positively impressed from the first interactions, and we reached a detailed agreement concerning work, schedule and costs. AALL Season Remodeling started working at the house around mid August 2004, with about two weeks of delay. From that time on, the work proceeded on time and extremely well, and in February 2005 we were in our newly remodeled and completed house, which came exactly as we desired. We are still very much impressed for the high professionalism, the high quality and the high efficiency of AALL Season Remodeling in performing the work and coordinating any kind of manpower. Sometimes people were working at our house day and night. We never had problems with them and if there was a concern or choice, even minor, it was always solved the right way. This fact made our life much easier than we expected, and we are very grateful to AALL Season. We highly recommend them.

The final touch to our bathroom renovation was a new light fixture. After shopping all over in Long Island, we could not find that special piece. Shane Walters construction is no doubt by far the best roofing company in Brooklyn and NYC. He gave my boss the best rubber roof and made recommendations. He used EPDM rubber roof. He tore up the band roof and replaced and secured rotten wood then two underlayments. He also made a "CRICKET" to make sure all water goes towards the drain. Give me new drain hole , new metal on sides of house and chimney . New skylight and new made a new hatch. Gave me an iron clad contract. It's so nice I can go to sleep on the roof. The price is right and owner is happy. I highly recommend Shane. He is the truth!

We just had our master bathroom remodeled and we are very happy with the results. Steven and his workers always showed up on time and dealt with problems as they arose professionally. In our case we had multiple issues with the old design of the house and as the renovation went on Steven had no problem assessing and fixing the issues to make this bathroom absolutely perfect. He always answered the phone when I called and always reassured me about the job and answered all my questions. He was also always open to my suggestions for changes in the plans and had no problem doing anything I wanted. I would definitely recommend him.
