Following the estimate, the crew arrived on time, completed the project on time with excellent craftsman ship. This company is the best I've ever dealt with. I have lived in 3 different homes in FL, used a lot of different contractors and Garcia and Sons were the most professional I've ever hired. Miguel came to go over the project with us in detail and give an estimate on price and time. His crew arrived when he said they would..and finished on time. They took off a popcorn ceiling, skim coated and made a flat surface, repaired drywall, took down 9 ft floor to ceiling mirrors, added new baseboards, painted all walls and trim, even louvered closet doors, added new drawer pulls to an already renovated kitchen and now his cleaning crew is doing a deep clean and I couldn't be happier. These guys worked hard every day they were here and got it done! I will definitely be using them on a few projects in the future and I highly recommend them for your home renovation needs.

Yoann is respectful and quick. He knows his trade. Our designer was extremely detail oriented, and the patience Yoann had to work with her was incredible. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 if you have a damaging leak in your home. When I’ve needed services like this in the past the people who came out were awful. Not these guys. Robert, Aaron, and Andy were awesome. They found the problem without having to go overboard knocking out parts of walls and ceilings. We had been researching and looking for a Sarasota Kitchen Remodeling contractor for what felt like many years. Contractor after contractor came in and gave us quotes from all over the map, but none of them felt right. Our initial phone conversation was a very successful phone call wherein I addressed all of my issues I have had with previous contractors, he listened to my thoughts and was able to give me his opinions and thoughts based on his experience. It was important for me to see the actual design and with his 3-D rendering software that made it so easy to see what the kitchen remodel would look like. Stan made it easy to select our cabinet color as well as our Cambria Quartz countertops. Stan and Vik were the most professional contractors we have ever done business with.
