I was locked out of my apt. I did not want to have my door broken down by the fire department nor did I want to pay that crazy price for a locksmith and then have to cover the cost of a new lock installation. I needed to unlock my door via the entrance of my window, therefore, I needed a ladder to reach my floor, so I called this company. Best decision ever in this situation! The service, friendliness, professionalism, easy and empathy shown was overwhelmingly beautiful. And the cost and the duration it took to solve my problen was nothing short of the greatest customer service ever! Now I have them on speed dial! Thank you for being an amazing human!

Shane Walters construction is no doubt by far the best roofing company in Brooklyn and NYC. He gave my boss the best rubber roof and made recommendations. He used EPDM rubber roof. He tore up the band roof and replaced and secured rotten wood then two underlayments. He also made a "CRICKET" to make sure all water goes towards the drain. Give me new drain hole , new metal on sides of house and chimney . New skylight and new made a new hatch. Gave me an iron clad contract. It's so nice I can go to sleep on the roof. The price is right and owner is happy. I highly recommend Shane. He is the truth!

Our experience was nothing but excellent. The owner was extremely responsive, punctual, and professional from our first interaction to the last. The basement remodeling work we had done was completed with great attention to detail which is very important to us and hasn’t been the case with others. They also cleaned up after themselves. DJ's is a top notch outfit. They make you feel like you're on HGTV from beginning to end. The process is fairly lengthy, but that's to be expected when you're dealing with someone who is in demand and wants to give you the time and attention your project deserves. From first contact to completion was around 9 months. Of which the first 2 months was waiting for the first available appointment, the last 6 weeks for the renovation, and . . .

I had to have my roof replaced after a faulty solar installation. The owner Ever came out and inspected the damages and explained to me what would need to be done in order for everything to be fixed properly. He was very transparent and responsive with all my questions and concerns. They came out and replaced the entire roof, skylight, and shed roof all in the same day. His crew was quick and tidy. They cleaned up very well when the project was complete. I would absolutely recommend Ever and JQ Home Improvement to anyone and I will definitely be using them for projects in the future!
