My husband and I met John from Elite Remodeling & Development while we were painting the outside of our home. Elite was recommended to us to replace some needed clapboards. During this time we realized that Elite would be great to consider for our upcoming extensive indoor construction project including a new kitchen, mudroom, mill work, laundry room, two powder rooms and our daughters bathroom. The retail space we took over was a mess. We had to start again with plumbing, electrics, removing walls and taking everything back to a blank canvas. Elite removed tons of waste. I felt that Elite was qualified to handle all the aspects of the project. We worked as a team to overcome the architectural and building hurdles, and ended up with a better and more usable space than we had originally planned. The counter area in the store was way beyond my expectations and I now have a store that I am incredibly proud of, thanks to Elite's hard work. They also respected my time constraints and worked evenings and weekends to get the work completed.

I hired DFS In-Home Services to replace a roof for an office building I own. I checked with a few companies and after reviewing all the bids, I found that DFS In-Home Services not only gave me a good price, but provided the most professional contract that I felt protected me well as a business owner. The work was completed on time, the price did not change, all the work was done professionally, best materials, no issues with any part of the roof and they left the property very clean as what they promised. There was an issue with a window that was damaged during the roof installation, but DFS In-Home Services took care of it immediately and without any hassle.
