The retail space we took over was a mess. We had to start again with plumbing, electrics, removing walls and taking everything back to a blank canvas. Elite removed tons of waste. I felt that Elite was qualified to handle all the aspects of the project. We worked as a team to overcome the architectural and building hurdles, and ended up with a better and more usable space than we had originally planned.
