I genuinely feel humbled and compelled to leave a good review. I bought a bottom floor condo. Leaks are a part of the life in a condo. Never in a million years after enduring property loss like I have did I think I would ever own a place that looks as good as it's shaping up to be. I will post pictures soon. Replaced rotted exterior wood trim and painted to match existing. Unstuck painted shut windows. Repaired sticking kitchen drawer. Found other areas of exterior trim that needed replacing (which I appreciated) as well as checking some areas that did not need work. Completely professional and thorough. Mimar Construction has an amazing team of contractors that offer great quality of work and professionalism from the first day you hire them. I was referred to them by a friend who had a great experience with them. I needed my roof and chimney redone because they were old. I spoke with Ryan and he was very helpful! They will walk you through the design process and if you come across any questions or concerns, they're always ready to answer and resolve them in a timely manner. Their prices are great and if you're looking to remodel anything in your house, this construction company has you covered. 5 stars from me! I totally recommend!
