Kitchen Remodeling Lakewood

When I lost part of my roof due to a dryer fire, I had some insurance money to pay for the repairs, but I was anxious about hiring contractors since the whole industry has such a bad reputation. Finally, I went to Lakewoods Remodeling Inc for my roof repair, and I got exactly what I wanted and for an amount I could afford. Now that I’ve been to Lakewood, I don’t plan on going to anybody else.

Dealt with Luis Garcia the owner, he was very knowledgeable about the product and the correct installation requirements. He did it right the first time (originally the other Company skipped nailing down each piece) the price was excellent. In fact I called them back for some exterior painting next week. I m sure you won t have any issues with this company.

This could not have been an easy job for them. Luis and his crew were hit with three heavy snowstorms throughout the duration of this project. Project was around 60 squares of asphalt shingles on two separate buildings, TPO roofing with termination bars, and gutters – so it wasn t easy. They knocked it out. Luis was always upfront and did everything he said he was going to do. This is the second job I have had him do and I would recommend him to anyone. Luis was constantly at our job working or directing. Roofing inspector was just here and passed both roofs. His only comment was Nice Work! Very satisfied.

My insulation install in my attic went well as far as I know. Workmen were only 10 minutes late. I am fairly disappointed that my attic fan was not able to be installed same day insulation was installed and nobody from Ideal Home Energy called me to set up appointment to have attic fan installed.
