I genuinely feel humbled and compelled to leave a good review. I bought a bottom floor condo. Leaks are a part of the life in a condo. Never in a million years after enduring property loss like I have did I think I would ever own a place that looks as good as it's shaping up to be. I will post pictures soon. We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. I highly recommend Realty Improvement. Josef and Jose have recently finished a major renovation of my 2400 sf apartment. This included demolition, new kitchen, master bathroom, lighting, new floor tiles throughout the apartment, installation of a barn door, and other high end material touches and finishes.
