We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. David's Remodeling has been working on projects, large and small, for me for many years. They recently did an extensive re-do of my kitchen, taking the walls down to the studs, raising the ceiling and moving beams. There were many challenges in my 100 yr. old house which David met intelligently and handled wonderfully. The outcome is fantastic! Ivan installed curtain rods at a very reasonable price. What started as an easy job, became much more challenging do the concrete walls. Ivan figured it out, worked diligently and it came out beautiful. He arrived on time, was very respectful and cleaned up well. Great work ethic and attitude.
