Oly Remodeling just finished a large two story deck on our house. Casey and his team were awesome. Casey worked closely with us in developing a design that truly enhanced our space and stayed within our budget. His team’s attention to detail was impressive. He used quality materials that really made the deck exquisite. Chad, the carpenter on the project, is a craftsperson who takes much pride in trade and it shows. My family (and dog) really enjoyed Casey and Chad as they worked at the house through the summer. Finally, the end product was incredible. The two story deck will be an outdoor living space that we will use for years to come.

I moved into a home that had a rotten 1,000 sq ft deck. Construction loan was required as we were unable to pass inspection. Casey was not only able to navigate the complexity of the loan and all the documentation required through my loan company, but he exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend Kimo Construction. They started the project when they said they would, showed-up every day until the project was complete, kept our house clean, and did an amazing job! The only difference in the final cost from the estimate was due to us deciding to get more expensive materials (even though they could have easily charged us for a couple of unplanned asks). The fan in my bathroom was broken and needed be replaced. I guess the contractor who installed the fan didn’t do a great job so it seemed to be not easy to replace the fan. But Ali from Mr. Build was a reliable professional worker. He did a great job and I really appreciate it.
