As a normal practice I do not give a written opinion regarding the work a company completed on my house. I have certain defined expectations as to the skill level and quality of work to be completed by the company I employ. Leslie and her crew from Modern Design and Remodeling exceeded our expectations. I know it’s not easy to remodel an existing 30 year old bathroom shower and make it look remarkable again, but that is exactly what they did and they did a great job. From the initial meeting to select the tile and materials, the demolition and the rebuild it was obvious they have the expertise to do the job and they take pride in their workmanship and strive to meet and or exceed their customers’ expectations. Carl Bachler from PacGen Construction does amazing work. We had a few things done from them and it was awesome! We have a new home and needed a retaining wall, walkway, concrete for the patio, a new BBQ and patio cover. They did amazing work. They finished on time and on budget. We also re-did the standard white driveway with stained concrete and stamped concrete with a pattern and widened it so two SUV’s would fit on the driveway side by side comfortably. I would highly recommend PacGen Construction for your next project!
