Kitchen Remodeling Pleasant Hills

JD Remodeling did an excellent job for a reasonable price. We needed to have a finished basement updated to make a studio apartment with a kitchenette and laundry area. They carefully cleaned up and painted the drywall, installed vinyl plank flooring, moved the laundry area, and installed a kitchen counter with a sink. The owner, Duvis, was really helpful in staying in touch with us, so we knew about his team’s progress and about the logistics of acquiring materials. In fact, his friendliness and open communication, in addition to his attention to detail, is why we will hire them for future projects.

I had my kitchen redone and some tile work in the bathroom done by Terry. He was pretty easy going and had some great ideas. His crew was always respectful of my home and cleaned the house up everyday before leaving. He got done on time, he also took care of the permit and inspector and anything else that came up. I will be using him to replace my roof.

John Winnington and his crew worked in my house because the house has settled severely. They had to level the uneven, downsloping floors, correct the crooked doors, paint, install carpet/linoleum, and change a leaky faucet. John and his crew were very pleasant to work with and they did a great job. Defects that started as a major cause of stress for me were corrected properly and nicely. His fees were very reasonable.
