Kitchen Remodeling Robinwood

I’m a property manager for a condo association. After Euro Design Remodel completed the commercial job flawlessly in 2012, I had to have them come out to my home. They have A+ ratings with Angie’s List & BBB. The commercial job involved working with nine unit owners replacing 56 windows, wrapping window framing, and some minor repairs to old windows as well as wrapping those too. All nine unit owners were pleased and had only good things to say about all the guys that worked on the project which lasted one week. They finished on time and made sure everything was perfect before ever asking for final payment. Tomas (owner) had great follow up and did onsite check-ins with me daily. They were very respectful of the businesses and working within their schedules.

Complete remodel of masterbath including walk in shower, and free standing tub. Stone tiles on floor and walls. Started with Rafael giving us ideas for design and shopping with us for tiles. Then Tome and his crew came in and under took the remodel displaying excellent craftsmanship from start to finish. Cleaned up well every night. High quality workmanship.

Shukhrat was incredibly professional. He managed to take care of the remodel quickly despite issues with supply chains recently. He managed to be very flexible. His quote was the best amongst several contractors I met with. He was also very helpful with other minor issues that came up in my home, managing to find time in his busy schedule to help with random hiccups. I will likely employ his services in the future. I had my kitchen redone and some tile work in the bathroom done by Terry. He was pretty easy going and had some great ideas. His crew was always respectful of my home and cleaned the house up everyday before leaving. He got done on time, he also took care of the permit and inspector and anything else that came up. John Winnington and his crew worked in my house because the house has settled severely. They had to level the uneven, downsloping floors, correct the crooked doors, paint, install carpet/linoleum, and change a leaky faucet. John and his crew were very pleasant to work with and they did a great job. Defects that started as a major cause of stress for me were corrected properly and nicely. His fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Delaware Construction Services. If I ever need work at my house again, John Winnington will be the first one I will call.

Everything from the beginning to the final result was professional and made easy. We had two full bath remodels, a laundry room addition, large master walk in closet installed, and a beautiful kitchen remodel which included a large vaulted ceiling. We had a great experience with all employees and contractors that were involved in our project. Our carpenter, Perry, is a workhorse and did a fantastic job. We love our newly renovated home!
