Kitchen Remodeling Slaughterville

Gus was just so Amazing! I had a broken water line and had to turn my water off last Friday while I located someone to fix it. I called a few of the big commercial companies but it was days before they could get to me and their charges would be much much higher. I looked at the better business bureau to find an Independent contractor and found Gus! He came out to assess my problem within an hour of my call and then had it all fixed and running again the very next day! He and his staff are very kind, courteous, and professional! His compassion for other people shows as he works to keep costs down as well. Gus’s Construction and Remodeling is a blessing to this community for sure!

We thought we had a leak in our shower. I looked on Google for a reputable plumber and found Guss Construction. The company has an A+ rating with the BBB so I decided to try them. Mr Guss picked up the phone, listened to my issue, and came out the next day. He determined what the issue was and thankfully, it was not a leak but buildup in the showerhead. He clean out the showerhead and then he even checked out sink faucets and cleaned them too. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained the issue in detail. He even recommended another service provide to clean out thankless water heater since we didn't know who to call. I highly recommend Guss Construction and will most definitely use them again with my plumbing issues. Thank you Mr Guss!! We truly appreciate you!

Guss is seriously my hero! We live in a rural area where permits aren’t required, so we were stunned to see what Guss and his team uncovered when they started the demo for our remodel. Any other contractor would have run from the crazy mess they found, but Guss and his team were not only professional, but they were also very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. North did a great job rehabbing the part of my fence that had blown down in the 'Father’s Day' storm a few weeks ago. I had a hard time deciding whether to replace the whole side of the fence or salvage and reconstruct it. I’m so glad that I decided to go with the latter! North was wonderful to work with even though he endured extremely hot and humid weather. He was professional yet friendly and completed the job in a very timely manner. I am very impressed with how well the fence turned out! It actually looks better now than it did before it was blown down!! It is very sturdy and I’m sure it will hold up for years to come. I will definitely call on him again when I need handyman work to be done.

RDA did a good job on a two basic bathrooms we asked them to remodel. Upfront communication was good though communication during the job was spotty on choosing fixtures and the smaller details like making sure the existing hardware matched new hardware. I ended up doing this part myself after they finished. Overall we were pleased though they never followed up and completed another small project (a wall hand rail) we discussed and they agreed to complete despite multiple attempts to reach out to them and assurances this would be done.

RDA did an amazing job on a whole interior house painting (ceilings included) and laying of vinyl plank flooring and new baseboard throughout (2000 sq ft). They even removed French doors to the bathroom and shortened a door opening to install a barn door. Their work was meticulous. They handled unforeseen issues timely and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them for your renovation needs.
