King’s Renovation came in and fixed my house up after some water damage that ruined my whole main floor. Once materials came in they got me scheduled in really quickly and about just as fast they installed all new vinyl flooring, tiled my bathroom, installed a toilet and vanity, a new door, and all of the trim work down stairs.

The one big thing for us was the timeline because I was expecting our first child. It was really important to us to have a working kitchen when our baby came and we also had a pretty tight budget. Elliot came in and he gave us very straight forward estimates about what it was going to cost. He really got the most out of the money we spent on the project. Everything was done when the baby came so we were very happy on both the budget and time line. Mike is a true pleasure to work with. He's honest and we couldn't be happier with our end result.

When I think about hiring Elliot, the main thing I notice is his communication skills and the quality of his work. He's very good at communicating what needs to be done, what's entailed, if there's another way of way of doing it that might be less expensive and still gives me the quality I want. He always has alternate suggestions if one is necessary and if I don't even know what I am asking for he always has an idea.

This was my first big remolding project I've ever done. They rebuild our entire kitchen from top to bottom. Loved how professional and communicative they all were and also very friendly and tidy! Mason and team remodeled our kitchen and replaced floors in our home recently. Oly Remodeling just finished a large two story deck on our house. Casey and his team were awesome. Casey worked closely with us in developing a design that truly enhanced our space and stayed within our budget. His team’s attention to detail was impressive. He used quality materials that really made the deck exquisite. Chad, the carpenter on the project, is a craftsperson who takes much pride in trade and it shows. My family (and dog) really enjoyed Casey and Chad as they worked at the house through the summer. Finally, the end product was incredible. The two story deck will be an outdoor living space that we will use for years to come.

Casey was not only able to navigate the complexity of the loan and all the documentation required through my loan company, but he exceeded all of my expectations.
