I have to say my experience was excellent with Best In Class. They were in contact with me throughout the project. Explaining the options available and cost differences. The project was completed on time and I love my finished product. I'm putting together another to-do list and will be contacting them soon.

Jeff did an amazing job on our remodel. The home had not been updated since 1955 when it was originally built so we needed some MAJOR improvements! Jeff was wonderful to work with – and took all my WANTS and made it HAPPEN. He remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and we can’t be happier! Also – he painted our entire house and windows! We hired GMH construction to remodel our master bathroom. The prior bathroom was very dated and we decided to go more with high-end products and design this time. The project included moving a wall, building heat-radiant marble floor and walls, installing curbless glass shower, floating cabinets, etc. and the end result is fabulous–we love our bathroom! Everything was executed on time and in a very professional manner, all subs were knowledgeable and equally professional. Greg was always available and his suggestions were highly valuable. Courtney has done a lot of work on our house, most recently taking out a closet and replacing in with a much more functional coat/backpack/boot rack. He also built matching cabinets to our exact specifications for the mudroom. In the past, Courtney has done several large and small projects for us. We go to Courtney first with any home need-he gives us a fair price, a realistic time frame for completion and excellent work.

I had my cabinets refaced by River’s Edge Remodeling, but besides just refacing the cabinets Courtney was also able to slightly change the layout of my kitchen because he built a brand new cabinet to add on to some existing ones. The cabinets turned out to be so great I also had Courtney install my backsplash and flooring. The craftsmanship was wonderful.

Travis and his company were hired to resupport and level our 100 year old foursquare home after he evaluated the house and quoted the job, explaining the method and materials that would be used to accomplish the job. He met the timeline that was established during the quoting process and did an excellent job of leveling the house. We would consider Future Construction for other projects on our home should they arise.

I can't say enough praise for the quality of Travis Krakow's work. I contracted with him to put new siding on our lake chalet. Not only was the work done beautifully, expeditiously and very reasonably, but Travis discovered structural problems and rotted wood which he repaired. Excellent work. Reliable. They came when they said that they would. They did the original work and some more that We needed done. Have just accepted a bid form them for another major project.
