This is the first time that I'd hired a contractor since our house was built about 22 years ago. Given that experience, and others people's experiences that have been passed on to me, I was not looking forward to this. I even put it off for quite some time. I first contacted another contractor, who rescheduled 3 times before I was fed up and contacted Nau. Nau was responsive and made this easy. The guys sent to do the job were professional, friendly, and very respectful in cleaning up. It was a great experience.

When the crew was going to be delayed on start time, Pete let us know. The crew was good about consulting with us so we got what we wanted, or if we needed to make adjustments in our expectations because we have an old house. We appreciated how everyone worked with us. Pete also helped us with a light switch which was a savings for us over having an electrician come. The crew was also thoughtful about our house — about being careful not to track in snow or asking about taking their shoes off. We have and will continue to recommend your company.
