We have a house renovation project completed with Realty Improvement LLC. The project included plaster/paint the walls, sand floors/stairs and build a new bathroom instead of an old one. We are very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service. Walls, bathroom, floors and stairs look beautiful. There were no delays. The crew always showed up on time. I highly recommend Realty Improvement. Josef and Jose have recently finished a major renovation of my 2400 sf apartment. This included demolition, new kitchen, master bathroom, lighting, new floor tiles throughout the apartment, installation of a barn door, and other high end material touches and finishes. We hired HH to completely replace both bathrooms and kitchen, relocate our laundry room from the ground floor to the basement, build a front entrance portico, replace the roof / gutters / siding, replace the central AC, replace / upgrade the electrical panel, replace the garage door / garage door opener, and repaint most of the house. Preparing to list our 4-Family replica Victorian investment property For Sale, I interviewed 4 highly-rated contractors. I went with Goias Home Improvement for a few reasons. From the moment the company’s owner Gil arrived to review the job with me, I could see I was dealing with someone who pays attention to detail and actually cares to understand his client’s goals. He was obviously knowledgable and made several useful suggestions, all of which took my project budget into consideration. The job entailed several miscellaneous interior and exterior repairs, including replicating some existing ornamental woodwork which his carpenters did an impressive job fabricating onsite prior to installing. His painters did an excellent job on some rather detailed woodwork which required skillful hands. Additionally, there was quite a bit of tile work, which was done meticulously. All in all, Gil and his team did a quality job within the promised time-frame, and he actually did it for a price I considered very reasonable. What else could I say? I highly recommend this company
