In the fall of 2018, JML Remodeling did a substantial job for us on our home in Sugar Land. The work included replacing the wood outside with hardie plank and painting it. SC Remodeling started the project on time, worked at it diligently and was willing to make changes and additions to the plans. Their work was top notch. The workers were professional, polite and agreeable at all times. Juan designed a bird avery that is outstanding based on my telling him what I needed for my birds. He is very good at listening to the customers needs and providing helpful suggestions with both design and materials that will get the job done to our satisfaction. The office provided a detailed estimate of the costs and allowed a reasonable payment schedule of 4 payments before, during and the final payment.
